Pashu is the human animal and Pata is the master. This is how we take hold of oneself. And embark on the journey of self discovery by mastering our animal behaviour. The pashupata is an ancient way of life that exist for all of us guiding to the path of wilderness. A sort of re-wilding for the human spirit to be recognised and be free from the entrapments of the self and the world around us.

Kashmir Shaivism and the Himalayan Tradition

Entering into the world of spirituality by experiencing life in its simplest way, on a daily basis. And living it fully to re-discover one self. We will undertake some text studies, so that we may begin to commune with an understanding of the eternal Self and that reality. A combination of Bhairava and Kali Kula, we will be going through the 6^th century Vatula Sutras, Vijnana Bhairava Tantra and Shiva Sutras as understood by the lineage and tradition. Along with the practice of Yoga – Meditation, posture, pranayama, sanksrit syllables & mantra recitation. We will also cover:
